Hyperscale Data will host a virtual Investor Day on Nov. 12 to detail its Michigan AI campus expansion and review possible sales or public offerings involving key portfolio businesses.
The event is set for Nov. 12, 2026, from 1:15 to 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Hyperscale Data has not yet released participation details.
Management plans to discuss construction progress at the Michigan Campus, future expansion and a master services agreement with a California-based neocloud provider. The company will also review possible changes to ownership of several businesses.
No deal is set.
Hyperscale Data is weighing three paths for the Michigan Campus. It could sell the project, keep developing it under the current corporate structure or take wholly owned subsidiary Sentinum, Inc. public through an initial public offering.
The agreement with the California provider covers an initial 20 megawatts of critical AI compute capacity. If the customer uses all available extension options and rights to more capacity, the deal could reach 52 megawatts over 20 years and produce more than $3 billion in total contract revenue.
That ceiling is conditional.
Hyperscale Data has said the Michigan Campus could eventually support more than 300 megawatts of total power capacity. The company has not guaranteed capacity beyond the first 20 megawatts. More development would depend on financing, regulatory approvals, engineering, utility agreements, infrastructure availability, customer demand and other conditions.
Management also plans to review businesses in defense; energy and infrastructure; hotel operations and commercial real estate; technology and finance; and commercial lending, trading and activist investing. The agenda includes the AI software platform operated by askROI, Inc. and blockchain and digital technology initiatives at Ault Markets, Inc.
For askROI, Hyperscale Data is considering a sale, a strategic partnership or a divestiture. It is also considering a combination with a broader technology business. Any transaction could include equity consideration. That would let Hyperscale Data keep an ownership interest in the combined business and share in possible future gains.
The company has started separating its data center operations from its other holdings. Sentinum, Inc. runs Hyperscale Data's colocation and hosting activities. The Michigan project is being positioned as a possible shift from investment spending to operating cash flow.
Market reports have put an internal floor valuation for a possible campus sale at about $750 million. Some estimates have reached $1.5 billion. The figures are unconfirmed.
Those numbers come from secondary-market reports, not confirmed transaction prices. They should not be treated as established valuations unless Hyperscale Data supports them in a regulatory filing.
In a recent disclosure, Hyperscale Data reported approximately $56 million in bitcoin, cash and restricted cash as of Sept. 27, 2026. The company's presentation described that amount as roughly 153% of the market capitalization of its common stock.
That balance does not establish how much money could go toward campus construction, debt repayment or shareholder distributions.
For Farmington-area readers, the public materials issued for this announcement do not identify a Farmington or Farmington Hills address, construction permit, public hearing or local utility agreement for the Michigan Campus. Local effects remain unproven.
Any confirmed local proposal would ordinarily appear in records from the relevant jurisdiction. Depending on the campus location and permits sought, that could include the City of Farmington or the City of Farmington Hills. Neither city should be presumed to have approved a project based only on Hyperscale Data's corporate announcement.
Community questions could also involve Oakland County agencies, state environmental and utility regulators, and, if a site were near homes, the Farmington Public Schools Board of Education. The information accompanying the announcement identified no school-board action or Oakland County public hearing related to this campus.
The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy and other State of Michigan departmental registries would be relevant places to check for future environmental, water, air-quality or related filings. Until those records or a specific municipal notice appear, the company's capacity targets remain development plans, not completed local infrastructure.
More detail may follow.
The Nov. 12 presentation may clarify the site, construction schedule, financing, customer commitments and regulatory pathway. It may also show whether Hyperscale Data plans to sell the campus, pursue an IPO for Sentinum or continue ownership and expansion within its current corporate structure.
