More than 50 nonprofits and community organizations will gather at Windham High School on October 21 for a free expo, offering residents a chance to connect with local services and explore volunteer opportunities.

Residents of Windham, New Hampshire, and surrounding communities will have an opportunity this fall to connect with dozens of local nonprofits and service organizations in one place. The Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce has scheduled its annual Non-Profit Expo for Wednesday, October 21, from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at Windham High School, located at 64 London Bridge Road.

The event is open to the public and free to attend. Organizers expect more than 50 nonprofits, service agencies, and community groups from across Southern New Hampshire to participate, providing information about their missions, available resources, and ways for residents to get involved.

Event Details and Participation

The expo is designed to help residents learn about services that support families, youth, seniors, veterans, and the broader community. Attendees can explore volunteer opportunities, seek support, or simply gather information about organizations active in the region. Nonprofits interested in participating can reserve a table for $75 if they are chamber members or $100 for non-members. Both chamber-affiliated and independent organizations are welcome to register.

According to the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, the event aims to foster connections between nonprofits, potential volunteers, and supporters, as well as to encourage collaboration among organizations. The expo also serves as a platform for groups to highlight their work and build new partnerships within the community.

Connecting Residents With Local Resources

With more than 50 organizations expected, the expo offers a unique opportunity for residents to discover a wide range of services in one location. Participating groups represent a variety of causes, including health, youth empowerment, senior services, veteran assistance, and community development. The event is intended for anyone seeking information, support, or ways to contribute to local initiatives.

Additional details about the event, including registration for nonprofits and a list of participating organizations, are available on the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce's event page.

The Non-Profit Expo is part of the chamber's ongoing efforts to strengthen community ties and increase awareness of local resources. By bringing together service providers and residents, the event supports civic engagement and helps address community needs across Southern New Hampshire.
