Watch stars, planets at Heritage Park in Farmington Hills

Explore the night sky with the Farmington Community Stargazers during a free Star Party held Tuesday, September 18 or Tuesday, October 16 in Heritage Park.

Each party begins at dusk and lasts until about 90 minutes after sunset. Visitors of all ages will have an opportunity to observe the stars, planets, and other celestial objects through telescopes.

The September party starts at 7:30 p.m.; the October party starts at 6:45 p.m. Meet at the Sledding Hill in Heritage Park near the North Shelter. If the sky is cloudy or the weather is inclement, there will be an indoor presentation at the Spicer House.
