(Farmington/Farmington Hills Education Foundation)

Held from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Farmington Hills Manor, 23666 Orchard Lake Rd. in Farmington Hills, the event includes amazing live entertainment provided by Dave Drake and the Awesome All Star Big Band. A strolling raffle features innovative household, educational, leisure and entertainment items donated by local, national and global organizations.

The event’s signature “Wheel of Wine” game of chance offers guests the opportunity to win a great bottle of wine by spinning the wheel with WXYZ-TV meteorologist Chris Edwards.

Event proceeds will fund projects in technology, scholastic achievement, extracurricular enrichment, and the arts for Farmington Public Schools students. The Farmington/Farmington Hills Education Foundation’s mission is to “foster investment in innovative educational opportunities to benefit the students of Farmington Public Schools.”

Since launching in 2012, the Education Foundation has awarded more than $295,000 for 282 innovation grants to teachers and community organizations to benefit Farmington Public Schools students.

Tickets for “A Toast to Education” are $40 each ($50 at the door) and may be purchased in person at any local Busch’s Fresh Food Market or online at events.ticketprinting.com/FFHEF.

Sponsorship, and raffle prize donation opportunities are also available online at ffhedfoundation.org/toast.
