Police seek suspect in downtown Farmington biz break-ins

A middle-aged man broke into two downtown Farmington eateries on New Year’s Day, and he left behind the pictures to prove it.

Farmington Public Safety on Tuesday asked for the public’s help in locating the suspect who broke into Brown Dog Barlor and MiMosa restaurant between 4 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. He damaged deadbolt locks, entered the businesses, and stole cash register drawers.

He also targeted, but was unable to enter, two other buildings.

The man caught on camera is white, around 60 years old, 5’8”-5’10”, and around 180-210 pounds. He is clean shaven, wore dark pants, a dark blue winter coat with tan sleeves, black knit hat, dark frame eyeglasses, and dark colored gloves.
