Panel in Farmington Hills gets to ‘Art of the Matter’

Six accomplished art representatives will share their education, experiences, and insights during “The Art of the Matter,” held Saturday, April 14, 1 p.m.-3 p.m. in Wexford Hall at the Costick Center, 28600 W. 11 Mile Rd. in Farmington Hills.

Art of the Matter

Hosted by the Farmington Area Arts Commission and the Farmington Hills Cultural Arts Division, this free event is for all ages (with a focus on middle and high school students) interested in pursuing careers and involvement in the arts. Following the panel discussion, an open forum will allow participants to address these panelists:

  • Janna Coumoundouros (fashion/jewelry designer, photographer, entrepreneur)
  • Kimmi Dukes (K-12 Art Educator)
  • Dwayne Hayes (writer, magazine editor)
