More than 50 vendors, bounce house at Farmington Farmers Market

The biggest Farmington Farmers and Artisans Market of the season opens at 9 a.m. today with more than 50 vendors and special activities for kids.

The morning begins with a pancake breakfast hosted by the Farmington Area Jaycees, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Kids can take part in “straw scambles” at 11 a.m., 12 p.m., and 1 p.m., and singer Dan Goree will perform starting at 10 a.m. Look for a bounce house, face painter, a caricaturist, and balloon artist as well.
