Farmington area veterans will be honored November 8, during the City of Farmington Hills Special Services Adults 50 & Better Division’s annual Stars and Stripes Forever Celebration at the Costick Center, 28600 W. 11 MIle Rd. in Farmington Hills.
Tickets for the 23rd annual celebration for adults of all ages are $12, or $10 in advance until November 4. Complimentary admission is offered to Farmington and Farmington HIlls veterans who register by November 4.
The 11 a.m. event will include an honor guard ceremony conducted by the VFW and the American Legion, and a recitation of veterans’ names, lunch, raffles, prizes, and entertainment by David Catherman and Mary Manier.
