Farmington Hills residents have an opportunity to chat with council member Theresa Rich on Sunday, October 7, at the Farmington Community Library Main Library in Farmington Hills.
From 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Rich will answer questions and discuss the road millage question the November 6 ballot.
