Danny D’s Rod Stewart Tribute Show comes to the Farmington Hills Stars in the Park Concert Series on Thursday, June 21, 7 p.m. at Heritage Park, 24915 Farmington Rd.

Rod Stewart has always been an idol for the Hamtramck native and, in August 2008 at DTE Energy Theatre, Danny D became the only “look-alike” to be called on stage by Rod Stewart. Together they sang “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” to a sold out, cheering crowd.

Danny D won the 2012 Detroit Music Award – Outstanding Tribute Band (Rod Stewart), 2012 Real Detroit Weekly’s Best Tribute Artist, and was the 2011 CIC Las Vegas Reel Award Winner – Best Tribute Band.
