Learn how to make maple syrup at Farmington Hills Nature Center

A maple sugaring program held in March at the Farmington Hills Nature Center will cover the creating syrup, from identifying a maple tree to boiling down sap.

Two programs, held March 3 and 17, will finish with a pure maple syrup treat and Michigan maple syrup products exclusively available for program participants to purchase. Participants can choose from three time slots each day: 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1 to 2:30 p.m., and 3 to 4:30 p.m.
