Learn heart healthy habits at free Farmington Hills walk

Learn 20 heart healthy habits during a free “Wellness Walk and Talk” held Thursday, April 18, 12-1 p.m. at the Farmington Hills Nature Center inside Heritage Park.

The discussion will be led by Heather Glover, BSN, RN, Director of Cardiology Services at Beaumont – Farmington Hills.

After an indoor presentation, participants will head out along the trails for a 30-minute walk and casual conversation. Free blood pressure screenings will be available before the walk at 11:30 a.m. and also after the walk. Snacks will be provided.
