Help Farmington Rotary give a ‘hand up’ to veterans this week

Farmington Rotary Club will collect personal hygiene items, clothing, snack foods and more during the 2018 Veterans Stand Down, held September 17-24.

This event is designed to give a “hand up” to homeless veterans. Items needed include toothpaste, tooth brushes, combos, face cloths, bath towels, deodorant, antiperspirant, clothing, shoes, boots, coats, socks, bath soap, snack foods, bottled water, coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, napkins, disposable razors, shaving cream, paper plates, and plastic eating utensils. Other items will be accepted as well.
