Farmington Hills city council members will on Monday consider approving a Planned Unit Development (PUD) agreement for redevelopment of the former A.J. Danboise property on Grand River just east of Orchard Lake Road.
Plans for the 3.41-acre site include demolishing a portion of an existing building to construct a self-storage facility and offices for ServiceMaster, an insurance restoration company;
That item and proclamations for National Child Abuse Prevention Month and National Public Safety Telecommunications Week are on the council’s 7:30 p.m. regular meeting agenda.
During a 6 p.m. study session in the Community Room, officials will talk about an Illicit Discharge Ordinance and an application from Nissan for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate, which would give the company a tax break for a defined period of time.
Agendas for both meetings are posted at fhgov.com.
