Farmington transportation employees host holiday boutique

The Farmington Public Schools’ Farmington Transportation Association (FTA) will host a Holiday Craft and Vendor Boutique on Saturday, Dec. 9.

Held at East Middle School, 25000 Middlebelt, Farmington Hills from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the event benefits C.A.R.E.S. (Community. Action. Resources. Empowerment. Services.) Program of Farmington Hills.  Admission  $2 or $1 with a donation of paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, plastic trash bags, or any other similar items.

More than 40 vendors at the event will include Premier Designs, Young Living, Thirty-One, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, Avon, Lipsense, Tupperware, Origami Owl, Mary Kay, Lularoe, Keep Collective Bracelets, and many more. Some of the crafted items that will be for sale include: knitted and crocheted items, hair bows, tutus, centerpieces, wreaths, wood crafts, fused glass, soy candles, food items, ornaments, scarves, throws, and others.

There will also be a bake sale and raffle at 3 p.m. The winner need not be present.
