Farmington Public Schools trustees will consider a vote on Tuesday that involves one of their own.
During their February 26 meeting, officials will consider a Michigan Association of School Boards vote, which must be cast by 1 p.m. on March 6. Board Secretary Angie Smith is one of seven candidates interested in representing Region 8. The area includes Oakland Schools, Macomb Intermediate School District, and Wayne Regional Educational Service Agency districts.
Other agenda items include a proclamation recognizing April as National Arab American Month, updates about legislation, PTA activities, and the transition process for moving from three to two high schools.
