Farmington Public Schools’ Science Olympiad students brought medals home from the 2019 Oakland Regional Tournament, competing against 17 other teams at Detroit Country Day School in Beverly Hills.

Farmington STEAM Academy placed 7th. Medal winners are:

East Middle School
The East Middle School Team consisted of Angelina Sun and Tejaswini Sivalokanathan, who competed as a team of two against many full teams this season. In the Oakland meet, Sivalokanathan won a 6th Place in Disease Detectives
