Farmington school officials look at new leader’s goals

Farmington Public Schools trustees will on Tuesday talk about goals for new Superintendent Dr. Bob Herrera.

The list they’ll consider during a 6 p.m. study session at the Lewis Schulman Administrative Center covers governance and leadership;  curriculum and learning; equality, equity, and connectivity; and productivity and resource use. Officials will use the final document to annually review Herrera’s performance.

Also on the agenda are approval of bids for work on the Maxfield Education Center parking lot, and of the Title I Parent and Family Engagement Plan.

The meeting will be broadcast live at and on the district’s cable channel TV-10. To view the full agenda and supporting materials, visit
