Farmington Public Schools trustees will hold a Tuesday workshop and Wednesday study session this week, with a wide range of agenda items.
On Tuesday, discussions will center around roles of the trustees and superintendent, as well as meeting protocols and handling complaints from the community.
Wednesday’s agenda includes recognition of National Merit Semi-Finalists and Commended Students, AP Scholars, and Boys and Girls State participants, a special education report, and discussion of the district’s janitorial services contract.
Officials will also talk about a possible bond or sinking fund election in 2020, and take action on the Plante Moran Final Audit Review, a name change for Alameda Early Childhood Center, and purchase of a repeater system for North Farmington High School.
Agendas for both meetings are posted at v3.boardbook.org/Public/PublicHome.aspx?ak=1000199
Board workshops and meetings are typically broadcast live on the district’s cable channel and live-streamed and archived at farmington.vod.castus.tv/vod.
