Farmington Hills wants your parks and recreation feedback

The Farmington Hills Department of Special Services needs your comments for its new Parks & Recreation Master Plan, required every five years by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR).

The plan helps to chart the course for projected future needs and also makes the City of Farmington Hills eligible for funding through the DNR.

“Participants who take the time to offer suggestions and opinions about our many parks, programs, and facilities are extremely beneficial to us,” said Special Services Director Ellen Schnackel. “We encourage both residents and non-residents to complete the survey.”

The survey is available online at under the Resident tab/Surveys or at Hard copies will also be available at the front desk and in Conway Hall at the Costick Center, 28600 W. 11 Mile Rd. Responses are due by June 15, 2018.
