Farmington Hills to unveil plans for 13 Mile rehab project

The City of Farmington Hills will host an open house on Thursday, Feb. 15, to unveil plans for the Spring 2018 construction along 13 Mile from Drake Road to Farmington Road.

The project includes rehabilitation of the existing roadway, sanitary sewer work west of Marvin Dr., partial box culvert replacement at the Minnow Pond Drain crossing east of Lake Park Dr., the addition of a sidewalk on the south side of 13 Mile Road west of Marvin Dr., and the addition of a continuous center left tum lane.

The open house will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Community Room at Farmington Hills City Hall, 31555 W. 11 Mile Rd. Visitors can share questions and concerns with the engineering staff and project inspector. Tables will be set up with displays of construction plans for all aspects of the project.
