Nature Center offers STEM Leadership camp

Students entering grades 9 through 11 will spend a week investigating the forests and rivers at Heritage Park with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Leadership Experience, held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on August 13-17.

Curious teens will learn how to apply STEM skills in solving real-world environmental problems. The Leadership Experience will empower them to become tomorrow’s leaders and innovators, while using nature as inspiration.

Register at the Costick Center or at The fee is $130/residents, $140/non-residents; a limited number of full scholarships are available.
