The Farmington Hills Nature Center will host the “Makerspace Experience” on Saturday, Feb. 3 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. where participants will “design, create and make” using nature as an inspiration to solve challenges.
The Makerspace Movement is currently making waves in education, and the Nature Center has become a hub where young scientists and engineers can dream, plan, invent, and test. The Makerspace Experience will take place inside the Nature Center at Heritage Park and is designed for ages 6 and up.
Register at the Costick Center, 28600 W. 11 Mile Rd. or at https://recreg.fhgov.com.
