A potpourri of Farmington Public Schools high school ensembles will bring an afternoon of music, from brass to strings.
Thursday, April 25, 7 p.m. – Joni in Detroit
Author Susan Whitall will discuss Joni Mitchell’s early years in the Cass Corridor and how it shaped her music. Her book Joni on Joni will be available as well.
Sunday, April 28, 3 p.m. – Farmington Musicale
Oakland County Brassworks, a brass quintet performs music from a wide variety of music including classical, jazz, and contemporary.
