Farmington Area Chamber group to host health mini expo

Greater Farmington Area Chamber of Commerce members will share information about health, wellness, fitness, and more during the 2019 Community Health and Wellness Mini Expo + Luncheon, held Wednesday, March 13, 11:30 a.m.– 1 p.m., at Omega Benefit Strategies, 39255 Country Club Drive, Farmington Hills.

Co-hosted by the Chamber Women’s Business Committee, the event will offer new ways to attain soundness of mind and body, live longer, better, and happier, and explore new ideas to improve your lifestyle and sense of well being.

Sponsor Redline Athletics will kick off the expo as the first presenter. Additional speakers and vendors will include Lisa Machala with Winning Edge Bodyworks, Sara Barnhill with Young Living Essential Oils, Annette Compo with Uforia, Nina Lopatin with Direct Hearing, and more.

The 2019 Community Health and Wellness Mini Expo + Luncheon is open to the public. The $15 per person admission includes access to the event, speakers, vendors, raffles, and everyone receives a goody bag to take home. Lunch will be provided The Ideal Bite Community Kitchen of Farmington Hills.
