Manager Scott Bruso said the restaurant’s chicken dishes are all freshly prepared, from nuggets and tenders to chicken breast sandwiches. French fries are fresh and hand-cut as well.

Detroit Eatz also takes pride in its house-made dressings and dips, Bruso said. “We are trying to have everything as freshly made as possible.”

The “dreli” concept makes Detroit Eatz a one-stop-shop; customers will be able to pick up deli meats and cheeses with their prepared foods at the drive-through window. A proprietary TLC ordering system will help customers gauge their wait time.

Green-light items are ready to, yellow means a short wait, and those who order red light items will pull into a separate lane to wait for food that takes longer to prepare.

Prices vary; a 3-piece chicken tenders combo with fries and a drink is $7.99; most 12-inch sub combos are $15.99. More than half a dozen combos are $10 or less. To view the menu and learn more, visit
