Panel discussion focuses on downtown Farmington’s future

A panel discussion on February 27 at the Farmington Civic Theater will focus on downtown Farmington and how “promoting a vibrant, walkable downtown improves community engagement and workforce productivity.”

The Farmington Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and Metromode Media will host “Future of Downtown Farmington: An Evening With Metromode”. Since October, the DDA has contracted with Metromode to produce a series of articles that are part of the online publication’s “On the Ground” series.

Panelists for the February 27 event include:

  • Farmington DDA President Todd Craft, moderator,
  • Brian Boyle, CEO/Founder of Metromode
  • Steve Schneemann, Mayor of Farmington
  • Dan Gilmartin, Executive Director, CEO, Michigan Municipal League
  • Farmington DDA Director Kate Knight
