Residents can learn more on April 11 about a late spring construction project affecting the intersection of Nine Mile and Halsted Roads in Farmington Hills.
Held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Council Chambers at Farmington Hills City Hall, the open house will provide an opportunity to review construction plans and ask questions of city engineering staff and the project inspector.
According to a city press release, the project includes traffic signal improvement and modernization, reconstruction of all four legs of the intersection, and the addition of right turn lanes on all intersection approaches. Detour routes will be posted during the project.
