The Greater Farmington Founders Festival show went on Saturday despite heavy morning rain and showers throughout the day.
The annual community festival ends today with a shortened schedule of activities:
Farmington Road, south of Grand River
Vintage Marketplace 12 p.m.-5 p.m. You’ll find mid-century modern items, antique toys, specialty crafts and jewelry for sale from around 30 vendors, with new items arriving each day, plus live music and a Tito’s lemonade stand.
Memorial Park, north side of Grand River between Farmington Road and Oakland Street
Farmington Art Foundation, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Browse through the works of local artists, many of which will be offered for sale.
Shiawasse Park, Shiawassee Street between Farmington and Power Roads
Kids Zone, 12 p.m.-5 p.m. Michigan Renaissance players, Inflatable Fun, stage shows, robotics demos.
Fido Fest, 12 p.m.-5 p.m. The Ultimate Air Dog and Disc Dogs of Michigan performances, agility course, doggie fashion shows and contests, pet vendors and dog rescue organizations, Bark Garden, with Roak Brewing Co. and Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
