Farmington Hills Police Department welcomes new officer

A 2017 Detroit Police Academy graduate is the Farmington Hills Police Department’s newest officer.

Raymond Rodriguez celebrated his swearing in ceremony with family and friends on August 23, at the Department. He previously served for a year and a half with the Detroit Police Department,  assigned to the Downtown Services Section.

Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Toledo in 2016. He is currently assigned to the Patrol Division of the Operations Bureau as part of the Field Training program.
