Nature Center offers STEM Leadership camp

Students entering grades 9 through 11 will spend a week investigating the forests and rivers at Heritage Park with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Leadership Experience, held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on August 13-17.

Curious teens will learn how to apply STEM skills in solving real-world environmental problems. The Leadership Experience will empower them to become tomorrow’s leaders and innovators, while using nature as inspiration.

Register at the Costick Center or at recreg.fhgov.com. The fee is $130/residents, $140/non-residents; a limited number of full scholarships are available.
